Shipping policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Just Libido ships products via third-party logistics providers. Shipping times vary depending on your location and demand but typically fall within the following window:
- Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days
Shipping delays may occur due to customs inspections, international carrier disruptions, or high order volume.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information if available. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries. Please note:
- Shipping times may vary depending on your local postal service and customs process.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked “delivered” by the carrier, Just Libido is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues.
7. Final Sale Policy
Please note that all sales are final. Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances—including delayed deliveries.
